Description

As a draftsperson, you’ll be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings for the buildings and structures all around us. This 1800-hour Diplôme d’Études Professionnelles (DEP), which includes a stage placement in industry, will prepare you to join the rigorous world of Residential and Commercial Drafting.

Freshly renovated in 2016, the Verdun Adult and Career (VACC) center is a state of the art learning center, offering programs in Information Technology Support, Residential & Commercial Drafting, Professional Sales and General Building Maintenance.


Vocational Application Process

Review and complete our Application Package.

Submit the application package along with all required documents and application fee via our contact page.

 Application and required documents will be reviewed by the International Admissions team. Once approved, payment will be processed and Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be issued.

Students will need to apply for their Québec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ), Study Permit and CO-OP Permit. (Note: you can apply for your co-op work permit at the same time as the Study Permit.)

Send a copy of your permits to the International Programs office as soon as you receive the response for each permit. It’s essential that you advise the International Programs office if you receive a refusal letter (even if you intend on reapplying).

Confirm your attendance by providing all of the following at least 60 days  prior to the start of the course:
