Agent Application Process and Requirements

Download the “New Agent” application form in the section below.

Provide your business license.

Provide a photo ID of the legal representative.

Provide two client reference letters with their contact information.

Complete and submit the “New Agent” application form below with the documents listed above.

Wait for LBPSB’s approval email response to schedule a videoconference introduction meeting.

Sign the agent partnership agreement and receive the certification from LBPSB.
